Key pick-up instructions and directions will be sent to you after the rent is paid in full.
Cleaning fee is $55.00. Advance Deposit is $175.00.
There is also a 1% State Lodging Tax added to your total.
Our receipt of your Advance Deposit, and your registration, will certify your agreement that each member of your party will comply with all policies listed herein and posted in your rental home.
2-Night minimum required; 3-NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS; 4-week maximum.
Maximum OCCUPANCY IS 8 and 2 VEHICLES are allowed to be parked outside. This includes day visitors.
Sorry, motor home and boat parking is NOT AVAILABLE.
Violation of any federal or state law, company policy or house rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Sorry, we do not rent to primary renters under 21 years of age.
Lost and found items will be held for 30 days only, and are subject to a $10.00 retrieval and handling fee, in addition to packing charges and shipping costs.
Our rental home is very popular and we suggest early reservations (taken up to ONE YEAR in advance).

Things that are provided:

Linens and paper products.
Local telephone calls. Bring a calling card or cell phone for long distance. The phone number at the house is (541) 563-2863.
Charcoal BBQ is provided, but bring the charcoal.
The kitchen is fully equipped. However, you may wish to bring along a favorite cooking utensil from home if it’s essential.
Outdoor furniture for the deck.
The home has electric heat, but also has a wood burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided. Please bring firewood or presto logs.
Laundry and dishwasher soap is provided. Please bring your own toiletries and hand soaps.
Some basic spices and condiments may be available for your use.
A TV, DVD, and VCR are available for your use.

Things to bring:

Beach towels, toys, kites, etc.
Sunscreen, however, this is the Oregon Coast and may not be needed.
All food and beverages, and the essential spices and condiments.
Toiletries, Shampoo, hand soap, etc.
Firewood and charcoal briquettes. A chimney starter is available.
Games and videos.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the Advance Deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period (a $25. Cancellation Fee will be charged). Advance Deposits for holiday periods and for reservations made more than six months in advance are subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee. No refunds will be made for early departure.
