Q) I was wondering, if I was sitting on the deck and my kids were playing on the beach, would I be able to see them?

A) Yes, if the kids were playing out in front of the house, you would be able to see them. The hedges are kind of high, so you can't see right up in front of the house, but you could see where they would most likely play.

Q) Is it close enough to walk and carry beach stuff and picnic stuff?

A) It is close enough to carry items down. The walkway down to the beach is about 2 or 3 houses away, maybe a 2 minute walk and you are on the sand. The walkway is a gental slope with a few stairs at the end.

Q) How are the sleeping arrangements?

A) In the Master Bedroom is a Queen bed. The Master is on the main level. There is another bedroom on the main level and there is a full bed in it. There is a large room, sleeping loft, upstairs with four twin beds. This is the only thing upstairs. All the beds are actual beds, no futons or sofa sleepers.

Q) What appliances are at the house?

A) There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. There is a iron and ironing board there as well, but you are on vacation and we recommend that you don’t use it!
